Terms and Conditions of Web Design Services

1. Project Delivery

• The estimated delivery time for the website is 30 business days.

• This timeline may be extended if the client requests changes or additional adjustments that were not included in the initial project scope.

2. Domain and Hosting

• As a courtesy, the first year of the domain is covered by us.

• Starting from the second year, the client is responsible for renewing the domain. The cost is $70 USD per year and can be paid directly to the domain provider or through us.

• The client will be notified in advance about the domain renewal to avoid service interruptions.

3. Ownership and Responsibility of Content

• The website is the exclusive property of the client once completed.

• The client is responsible for providing, approving, and ensuring that all content (texts, images, videos, etc.) complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

• We do not assume any responsibility for the content uploaded or published on the website.

4. Purpose of the Website

• The websites created are designed to help doctors and healthcare professionals promote their services and allow patients to access professional information.

• Under no circumstances do the websites:

  • Replace professional medical diagnosis.

  • Offer treatments or cures.

  • Encourage practices contrary to medical ethics.

5. Payment and Refund Policies

• The service payment must be made in advance.

• If the client is not satisfied with the website within 15 days from the start of the project, they may request the closure of the website and a full refund of the amount paid.

• The refund does not apply if the client approves the website and requests additional modifications after the 15-day period.

6. Website Control

• The client can choose to have full control of the website upon project completion.

• Once full control is transferred, we will no longer have access or responsibility for the management, security, or functioning of the website.

• The platforms used for website creation are Wix or WordPress, depending on the client’s needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased patients or income, as these depend on multiple factors beyond the website design.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Failures on third-party platforms (such as Wix or WordPress).

  • Service interruptions due to the client’s failure to renew the domain.

  • Loss of information caused by improper use of the website.

8. Confidentiality

• All information provided by the client for the development of the project will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the agreed-upon purposes.

9. Post-Delivery Modifications

• Any changes requested after the website has been approved and delivered will be quoted as a new service.
