Terms and Conditions for Google Ads Creation and Optimization

 

1. Service Description

  • The service includes keyword research tailored to the specific objectives of the professional or business.

  • Creation, configuration, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for a period of 1.5 months (45 days).

  • Optimization is carried out to improve performance and achieve the established goals (such as driving visitors to the client's website).

2. Advertising Budget and Google Fees

  • The cost of the creation and optimization service does not include Google Ads fees.

  • The campaign budget is paid exclusively by the client, directly to Google Ads.

  • We recommend starting with a modest budget to evaluate initial results. This amount can be adjusted based on the campaign’s performance and the client’s needs.

  • The agency is not responsible for interruptions in the campaign caused by payment issues on the Google Ads platform.

3. Service Guarantees

  • If the campaign does not yield satisfactory results within the 1.5-month period, we offer a guarantee to create a new campaign and supervise it for an additional month at no extra cost.

  • After this additional period, no further guarantee is provided, as results depend on external factors such as:

    • The recognition of the professional’s name or brand.

    • Market competition.

    • Geographic location.

    • Service demand.

    • Target audience.

4. Responsibility for Published Information

  • The information used in the ads (texts, images, contact details, etc.) will be provided by the client.

  • We disclaim any legal or ethical responsibility related to the content of the ad, as we act solely as a marketing agency.

  • The objective of the ads is to generate visitors to the client’s website, but we do not guarantee specific conversions such as appointments, patients, or revenue.

5. Ad Approval

  • No ad will be published without the client's prior approval.

  • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the content before publication to ensure it meets their goals and standards.

6. Limitation of Results

  • We do not guarantee specific results due to the variable nature of the market and digital advertising.

  • Factors such as competition, target audience, and selected keywords influence the performance of campaigns.

  • The effectiveness of the ads depends on the client’s sales process and ability to convert visitors into patients.

7. Campaign Ownership

  • The Google Ads account is the exclusive property of the client.

  • Once the service is completed, the client will have full control over the account and the created campaigns, with no additional responsibility from the agency.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All information shared by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for campaign purposes.

9. Modifications and Changes

  • Any modification requested by the client after the initial approval of the ad will be quoted as an additional service.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Account suspensions by Google Ads due to platform policy violations.

    • Lack of specific results, such as appointments or sales.

    • Additional costs associated with highly competitive keywords.
